Where are my saved deals?

Deals are stored on your device. They aren't synced to the cloud, so they won't transfer to a new phone. Cloud sync is on our roadmap.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Reinstall the app on the same App Store / Google Play account, open any Pro feature, and tap "Restore purchases." The unlock is tied to your store account, not your device.

Where do the expense defaults come from?

The default vacancy (5%), maintenance (8%), management (10%), and CapEx (5%) percentages are common rules of thumb among rental investors. Every one of them is editable under "Assumptions" — always adjust them to your market and property.

Is this financial advice?

No. CashFlowCheck is a calculator. Its projections are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you enter, and actual results will vary. Always do your own due diligence before purchasing any property.
